As a refugee who worked hard to overcome many barriers, I dedicate my life to serving my community, especially immigrants and refugees’ families. I actively serve as a board member of many organizations that support immigrants, homeless students, and women suffering from domestic abuse. In addition, I have served as a board member for East Side Union High School District since 2010 until now and was elected as Board president in 2015 and 2021. My passion is also served the customers and help them recover when any accident happened to their cars, homes, businesses, life, financial services. I started working in the insurance industry and Van Le State Farm agency since August 2013. I am licensed to help customers with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Life Insurance, and Bank. Outside of working, I enjoy watching movies, reading mangas, listening to music, and spend time with family and friends. I have been volunteering as event coordinator of The Children Moon Festival in San Jose since 2021 to create a fun and meaningful event for families and kids. As well as helping to fund raise for the McKinney-Vento program to help East Side Homeless students.
